work hard
The interesting motto in the small photo caught my attention.
Do you work hard to go to Heaven? Do you do good deeds constantly so that you can go to Heaven? Is work the only way back to Heaven, back to the Father's arms?
If your belief is that by doing good or constantly working hard will gain you a ticket back Home, then you have been lied by the devil. Why? because you would only be placing good work or hard work as the center of your life.
First and foremost, the center of your life should be CHRIST himself, who is the saviour and Lord over your whole life ... not a bit and not a portion, but your WHOLE life. If you have never personally, with your mouth and heart, asked Him to be the Lord of your life, this is the time to do so and all it takes is only a sinner's prayer. Acknowledge that you are a sinner, acknowledge Him as your Saviour who has died for your sins on the cross, repent of all your sins and asked Him to be the Lord and saviour of your life. Once you have finished saying the sinner's prayer, believe by faith that God has cleansed you and forgiven all your sins, because of Christ.
Does this mean I do not need to do good work and work hard anymore? No, you still have to continue to do good work and work hard. God wants you to work hard and do good. It reflects Christ in your life so that God can be glorified and honoured. But remember, doing good or work hard cannot be the key back to the Father, it's only Christ who is the key.
The way back to Heaven may not be easy, but it's not impossible through Christ who has already paved the way for you and waiting to lead and guide you. The choice of whether you want to take the way, no matter how tough it can be such that you will always persist on walking, is yours to decide.
