ANNOUNCEMENTS - 15 JULY TO 21 JULY 2007

Hello people,

1. Cell session on 21 July 2007 in ON. Pre-cell prayer will begin about 3.45pm.

2. Cell session and youth service on 28 July 2007 is OFF as it will be the Healing Service weekend. Please join your parents for the service.

3. I would like to encourage everyone to make friends with our newcomers. You can exchange contact numbers, email address and get to know them better.

4. COOS Missions Month - This month being the Mission Month in COOS, I would like to encourage everyone to pray for the country according to the card which you have received during the youth service, regularly. At the same time, I would also really encourage you to consider making yourself available for a short-term mission trip at the end of the year. You can start praying to God and ask God which country to go and to place that burden in your heart.

5. 40-DAY PRAYER - this is an event which COOS is supporting, as part of the LoveSingapore network of churches. Please download the devotional booklet from www.lovesingapore.org.sg. In the booklet, it will tell you the types of fasting which you can choose one that fits you better. At the same time, you can even learn more about what God is doing around us and find out what is God trying to tell you.

6. DAY OF HIS POWER - This LoveSingapore event will be held on 8 Aug 2007 (Wed), 7.30pm at Singapore Indoor Stadium. Please try to attend this event with your family or as a cell group. Note that you will need to be seated by 7.15pm. Mark this on your calendar and try to go for it.
