ANNOUNCEMENTS - 16 APR TO 22 APR 2006

Hello,

1. Cell Sesion on 22 Apr, 4pm is ON. Please note that with immediate effect, the cell has been relocated to Rm 214. Pre-cell prayer at 3.30pm is ON too. All are welcome and strongly encouraged to join in to seek God.

2. All ACGLs, please remember to check and confirm with Grace Kong, when you are being rostered for sharing, pre-cell prayer leading and praise/worship. If you have been rostered but not able to fulfill it, please search for a replacement and do a swap, well in advance. In addition, please start giving Grace Kong your "availabililty period" for June to August, so she can start planning for the roster ahead.

3. Just to give all members a heads-up, every cell members (from P6s to Sec 1s) are required to do sharing. You will, however, only need to share for 5 minutes. Topics to share can be related to what you had encountered or experienced in school or at home, or any devotional passages which impacted you or found meaning in it. The sharing is also aimed to give you the opportunity to share boldly and to become an encouragement to everyone. After your sharing, we will then begin with the actual cell sharing proper. More details will be released over the next few weeks. If I were you, start preparing something now, because the sharing may just be based on "arrowing" on the spot and not on roster basis.

4. SureKICK ABOUT 2006 - The application forms are now available at the UR admin counter. Interested soccer members, you are strongly encouraged to sign up and form a team. You may even combine with players from other cell groups, if you like.

5. For those members who did not attend the Holy Saturday Prayer Vigil, I'll try to secure some prayer booklets for you from the church, if they have any extras. Those who have attended, I hope that you had a very special and intimate time with Jesus and found the physical nailing of all your sins and shame to the Cross a very meaningful symbolic act.
