ANNOUNCEMENTS - 28 AUG TO 3 SEP 2005

Hello everyone,

1. Cell group on 3 Sep 2005 is ON, but we will do something slightly different than previous week.

2. I would encourage you to read the following scriptures, make it a point to memorise them, and reflect on them during your quiet time:

"Remember your Creator before the silver cord is loosed,
Or the golden bowl is broken,
Or the pitcher shattered at the fountain,
Or the wheel broken at the well.
Then the dust will return to the earth as it was,
And the spirit will return to God who gave it." - Ecclesiastes 12:6-7 (NKJ Version)

3. FEVER 05 - Yes, once again, I'm publicising the trip. Ps Bee Leng will be leading a team from 4 to 11 Dec 05. Michelle Teo (cell leader from NUS cell) and I will be assisting her. Just to confirm some pointers from Ps Bee:

1. If you want to join Ps Bee Leng's team or any other teams, you must find a team BY 17 SEP 2005.

2. If you are going for the trip and joing Ps Bee's team, you MUST attend the mission trip trainings on 8 OCT and 15 OCT from 9am to 4pm. However, if you have PSLE exam around that corner, please come and speak to Ps Bee or me.

3. More details as in cost of the trip, the administration details, will be made known to those who have signed up.

I understand that we will be going to one of the villages to do quite a number of things - to sing songs, to play with the kids, to paint buildings, to do some water filteration project, etc. It will be a very exciting time and I strongly urge you not to miss this opportunity to bless the people and be richly blessed too.
